Tonya Minish has been around the housing industry her entire life. Growing up with a father who was a carpenter, and later learning alongside her husband, Jeremy, she developed a deep appreciation for construction, craftsmanship, and the home-building process. Together, Tonya and Jeremy have built and flipped several homes, something they both genuinely enjoy. From the smell of fresh-cut wood to the sounds of hammers, saws, and the camaraderie among workers, she has always loved every aspect of the industry.
Before beginning her real estate career, Tonya spent several years in the mortgage industry before managing a medical office for 15 years, where she oversaw billing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Combined, those roles provided her with more than 20 years of valuable finance and management experience.
In December 2019, Tonya decided to follow her passion and transition into real estate. The move felt like coming home, allowing her to combine her lifelong love of housing with her extensive financial background. Since then, she has approached every transaction with dedication, integrity, and a commitment to going above and beyond for each of her clients.
Outside of real estate, Tonya enjoys spending time with her husband, Jeremy, and their two daughters. Skylar graduated from the University of Georgia this spring, and Sam is entering her third year at Clemson University, where she plays softball on scholarship. Tonya loves Jesus Christ, spending time outdoors, hiking, fishing, hunting, going to the lake, cheering on football and softball, and making memories with her family.
