Dee is passionate about making real estate dreams a reality. With experience across every facet of the industry — from investment properties to apartment complexes, subdivisions in South Georgia and along Florida’s Gulf Coast, and custom-built homes — she brings a strategic, well-rounded perspective to every transaction.
For more than 30 years, Dee has worked alongside her husband, Greg Waddell, broker of Broad & Main Real Estate Group, serving as a designer, decorator, and contractor liaison. This hands-on background allows her to guide clients through both the creative and technical aspects of buying, selling, and developing real estate.
Dee proudly serves clients throughout the Greater Athens Area and surrounding counties, including Athens–Clarke, Madison, Oconee, Walton, Jackson, Morgan, Oglethorpe, Barrow, Gwinnett, and Hall. Through strong relationships with cooperative agents, she is also able to assist clients across Georgia and South Carolina, with a trusted referral network extending nationwide.
Consistently ranked in the top 5% of agents in the Greater Athens Area, Dee is deeply involved in both the real estate industry and the local community. She is a member of the PR Committee of Athens Area Realtors, the Women’s Council of Realtors (Athens Chapter), and an ambassador for the Oconee County Chamber of Commerce. Outside of real estate, Dee enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, connecting with friends, and cheering on the Dawgs.
